If you would like to make a tax deductable contribution to the Neil Armstrong Scholarship Fund, you can so by the following:

1. On your application form via cheque or credit card, don't forget to sign the direction statement as well.

2. At anytime during the year with a credit card by phone: 613-236-4901, Fax: 613-236-8646, or E-mail membership@copanational.org

3. By cheque via regular mail to COPA, 71 Bank St., 7th Floor, Ottawa ON, K1P 5E7
