A fast and convenient way to renew your COPA membership. We will automatically renew your membership each year and charge it to either your Visa or MasterCard. This will ensure your membership never lapses!

Sign up now for your automatic annual renewal and receive $2.00 off your first year ($55.00 plus applicable taxes). Please fill out the form below, sign it, print it and return it to COPA by mail or fax.

Please note: For current members who renew online prior to the month in which your membership is due, your credit card payment will be processed by the end of the month that your membership is due. Your membership is only confirmed to be current when you receive your membership documentation in the mail. If you require confirmation prior to that time, or if you do not receive your documents prior to the end of your renewal month, please contact membership at membership@copanational.org or 613-236-4901 (ext 105).
