Remarks PROCEDURES: For noise abatement - Right hand circuits on runway 13. For noise abatement - Depart runway 31, climb runway heading, then climb on a heading of 291 degrees when safe, until clear of subdivision. Avoid noise sensitive are to the east.

CAUTIONS: Ravines off the ends of both runways. Gravel pit to the west of the runway. Four foot high gravel windrow to the est of runway. Downdrafts, crosswinds and wind shear are common here. Trees on approach to runway 31. Strongly recommend that only pilots familiar with this aerodrome and the local terrain use this aerodrome during hours of darkness. This is a short and very narrow runway on a plateau.
