Local Activities, Sights & Events of Interest to Visitors The annual fly-in breakfast will be held on Sunday August 11th 2013 from 0700 to 1400

Other local events include a country jamboree, a trade show, vintage tractor show, snowmobile grass drags, and many more.

The town has a large recreation centre that includes a pool, hot tub, squash and raquet ball courts and exercise facilities.

The Westlock Golf Course is located approximately 4 km west of town. There are also several hotels and motels to choose from with most having their own restaurants.

The town participates in the "Communities in Bloom Competition" which makes the town very picturesque in the summer months.
