| Comments About Fees: | Thanks to COPA's advocacy effort, airport manager Chris Wood informed COPA that as of 1 April 2010, there is no landing fee for aircraft weighing less than 3000kg.
Landing fees are $6.00 per 1000 kg for aircraft weighing more than 3000 kg. Parking fees are weight-based. Beware that parking is more expensive on apron II. Complete airport fees are at http://www.waterlooairport.ca/en/pilotinformation/ratesfees.asp but be aware that there may be other fees charged by FBOs, such as the $25 ramp fee charged at FliteLine, which may be waived with fuel purchase, but it is highly recommended to contact the FBO prior to arrival or before services are rendered to ensure that all fees are revealed. ESSO dealer charges $30 per night for parking but waives the fee if 200 liters or more fuel is purchased. |
